Built and operated containerised data and ML platforms for safety-critical railway inspection (customers: ProRail, Strukton Rail).
  • Led a containerised near-real-time image processing platform: Docker + Jenkins CI/CD + RabbitMQ messaging; TensorRT/CUDA inference achieving >90% accuracy at national-operator scale.
  • Built a complete ML platform with training pipeline, experiment tracking (MLflow), production REST API, and deployment automation — full ownership from raw data to service rollout (Flask, MS SQL Server, Docker, Jenkins).
  • Designed a multi-sensor data acquisition and fusion framework for heterogeneous streams (ultrasonic, camera, measurement): Python/C++17/Cython backend with REST API and polyglot data layer (MongoDB, MS SQL Server, RabbitMQ).
  • Developed a deep learning inference pipeline on ultrasonic sensor data: annotation management via Azure ML Studio; YOLOv5, scikit-learn.
